I'd like to introduce a new member who have joined G&K since this February.
”それでは、自己紹介をお願いします。

礒見祐希（いそみゆうき）、20歳です。
アシスタントディレクターとして入社、プランニングチーム配属になりました。
よろしくお願いします。
趣味は、コーヒー（カフェ巡り。この辺りのおすすめはタカムラコーヒー https://takamura-coffee.com ）、フットサル、キャンプ、サーフィンなどです。
日常会話程度ですが、英語も得意です。
I'm Yuki Isomi, 20 years old.
I joined G&K as an assistant director and have been assigned to the planning team.
I look forward to working with you all.
I like coffee (visiting cafes. My favorite coffee place is Takamura Coffee ( https://takamura-coffee.com ), playing futsal, camping, and surfing.I'm also good at English (It's just daily conversation level though.).
”前職について教えていただけますか？
"Could you tell us about your previous job?
前職では、映像の撮影や編集を主に、その他にはグラフィックデザインやWebサイトの管理、SNS運用などをしていました。高校の頃から動画に興味を持って独学で勉強していたんです。エモーショナルな映像と音楽をかっこよく組み合わせるのが好きでしたね。（例えばこのような https://youtu.be/Ks71YWIDEuM ）
前職では主に、インタビュー動画やストーリーテリングのショートフィルムのような動画、あとはミュージックビデオやそのメイキング動画などを作製していました。
仕事として取り組む中で、ただ単にかっこよかったりおしゃれな動画を作るというところから、被写体の人柄や場の雰囲気、動画のストーリー性により焦点を置いた動画を作れるようになりました。
幼少期より音楽をしていたので、音や音楽の使い方にこだわるのもすごく好きで、自分の強みだと思っています。
ソフトはプレミアを使っていますね。
At my previous job, I was mainly shooting and editing videos, and also I was doing graphic design, website management, and SNS management.
I got interested in making videos when I was in high school and studied videography by myself.
My favorite style of video was to combine emotional footage and music in a cool way.
For my previous job, I mainly made videos such as interview videos, storytelling short films, and music videos as well as their behind-the-scenes videos.
As I developed my skill at work, I was able to grow from simply making cool and stylish videos to creating videos that focus more on the personality of the person on film, the atmosphere of the place, and the story of the video.
Because I've been playing musical instruments since I was a child, I like to be particular about the details of sound effects and choosing music, which I think is one of my strengths.
I use Premiere Pro as my editing software.

"How was your first day?
午前中は、仕事場の環境を整えたり事務手続きなどをして、その後ランチにお誘いいただき、ご馳走になりました。
和牛ランチで、とても美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした！
In the morning, I set up my work environment and did some paperwork, and then I was invited to lunch.
I had a wagyu beef lunch and it was awesome.
”弊社の雰囲気は想像通りでしたか？
“Did you find the atmosphere of our company as you imagined?
そうですね。想像していた雰囲気にとても近いです。
Yes, it is very close to the atmosphere that I was expecting.
”今後どのようなチャレンジをしていきたいですか？
"What kind of challenges do you want to take on in the future?
前職でも案件丸ごと任されていましたが、事業規模でいうとそこまで一つひとつが大きいわけではなかったんです。
ですので、これからは社内メンバーやクライアントさん、その他の専門分野のスタッフさんなどと協力し合い、より大きな仕事にも携わっていきたい。
いずれは、問題解決の方法を自ら提案し実現していけるような人間になりたいなと思っています。どうぞよろしくお願いします。
In my previous job, I was in charge of entire projects, but in terms of business scale, each one was not that big.
So, I would like to be involved in larger projects, cooperating with internal members, clients, and staff in other specialized fields.
In the future, I would like to become an independent person who can discover and propose the best solutions to problems, and make them happen.

フットサルは、個サルっていって
一人でコートに行ったらやりたい人がいて
利用料金払って
その人たちとやる感じです
サーフィンは、一人で海に行って
YouTubeみてやってみたら出来たって感じです
何回か失敗しましたけど
出来なかったら戻ってYouTubeみて
あ、なるほど。となってまたやって
ってそれ繰り返して
って感じです
キャンプは、滋賀に無料の芝生の公園があって
そこでやりますね
キャンプ飯は今まででは
肉焼いたのが一番美味しかったです

Coffee, I don’t usually make coffee.
I just like going to cafes by myself.
For futsal, I usually join the event called Kosaru which gathers people who want to play futsal and play together.
Talking about surfing, I went to the beach by myself last summer to do surfing for the first time.
I didn’t know how to do it but just tried it after watching tutorial videos on YouTube and I was able to make it.
Of course, it wasn’t easy. Every time I failed, go watch YouTube again, go back to surfing and try, and just keep doing that.
For camping, there's a free grass park in Shiga and that’s my favorite camping place.
The best meal I've cooked while camping so far was grilled beef. Beef always wins.
